PERFORMANCE & HANDLING

Powered by the reliable 134bhp 1.8L Toyota-sourced engine, this Elise combines precision engineering with bulletproof dependability. Weighing just over 850kg, it is 24kg lighter than a standard Elise, delivering an impressive power-to-weight ratio of 157bhp/ton.

 

Naturally the club racer is fitted with only the best world-class suspension components including Bilstein dampers and Eibach springs. Evo magazine commented that it was "astonishing how comfortable the CR proved to be" whilst "the suspension flows beautifully with the contours of the road"

 

EXCLUSIVE DESIGN

The special edition Club Racer takes retro design cues by featuring four bespoke external colours used by Lotus in the 1960s. (Elite Yellow, Carbon Grey, Sky Blue and Old English White)

 

This example is finished in Elite yellow. Along with the ’CR’ badging, the Club Racer also gets lightweight six-spoke alloy wheels that are anthracite anodised and shod with bespoke Yokohama AD07 LTS tires

 

The colour scheme is carried through to the interior where the firm and supportive Elise Club Racer seats beautifully morphs style, function and form. They are clad with lightweight microfibre comfort pads perfectly positioned to give the right amount of support with the minimal amount of weight, but still keeping the body coloured seat shell partly exposed.

This particular example is also fitted with the optional comfort package which includes ; Radio, Electric windows, Aluminium passenger foot rest , Tailored floor mats & Central locking
